Once bank approval is received, your orders are typically handed over to our contracted cargo company within 3 business days. The cargo company will deliver your order to your address within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the distance of the delivery address.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on manufacturing and supply processes. The estimated delivery time for such products will be communicated to you at the time of order.
DELIVERY ON HOLIDAYS AND PUBLIC DAYS
Cargo companies do not make deliveries on official holidays and public days. Delivery processes for orders placed on these days will commence from the first business day thereafter.
PRODUCT INSPECTION AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Upon receiving your order, please make sure to inspect the package in the presence of the cargo officer. If you detect any damage or missing items in the packaging or product, immediately prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" with the cargo officer and do not accept the product. We kindly request that you document this situation and contact Fiamak as soon as possible. Fiamak is not responsible for damaged products accepted without a report.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
In the event that a product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed via email or phone. The estimated date when the product will be back in stock will be provided, and your waiting period will be set for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 30 days. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, your payment will be refunded.
PAYMENT OPTIONS AND SHIPPING FEES
At Fiamak, we offer payment options including Bank Transfer/EFT, cash on delivery, and virtual POS via credit card.
For cash on delivery and Bank Transfer/EFT payments, shipping fees are borne by the buyer.
Shipping fees vary according to the product's volume/weight (desi/kg) and are specified on each product's page.
When payment is made via Bank Transfer, the product is shipped on the same day and delivered within 1 day for Istanbul and 2 days for outside Istanbul.
