TB-390 (Skin Pack) FP-390, which we developed according to the needs of the industry, has now been renewed in a way that it can also perform Skin Packaging, which is one of the contemporary packaging methods. In SKIN packaging technology, the top film sticks to the cardboard from the point where the product ends and ensures that the product lasts for a long time without deteriorating the shape and position of the product. Both the machine technology and the upper film are different. It is possible to reach a product height of approximately 10 mm in products placed on cardboard, and 35 mm in special applications. The top film, which is heated in the vacuum station, is suddenly vacuumed onto the cardboard, so that the hot film is welded to the cardboard from the point where the product ends. The skin packaging method, which has been on the shelves abroad for a while, has now started to find its place in the domestic market. Skinpack technology both reveals the product completely and adds visuals without the use of additives.
